Unlock Request Missing "Unlock" Button Text

Expected behavior

The “Docker wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this.” privilege request shown during installation and setup should have text for all buttons. In this case I would expect the button to have the text “Unlock” based on normal preferences behavior.

Actual behavior

I am told in one dialog that Docker needs privileged access, and then in the next dialog the “Unlock” button is just a blank button.
