You can find the requirements of Docker Desktop for Windows here:
https://docs.docker.com/desktop/setup/install/windows-install/#system-requirements
So you need to have WSL2 or HyperV supported that requires virtualization enabled. We had many topics about it like this
You can find more if you search for “virtualization not detected”
IF you search for it between quotation marks, you wil find only two:
https://forums.docker.com/search?expanded=true&q="Virtualization%20not%20detected"%20order%3Alatest
since many users just share screenshots like you that does not allow others to search for the text.
You can try without quotation marks or just search for “virtualization”.
If you have all the requirements met, please share how you made sure of that so we can try to help you figure out what could be still missed.
