When updating Docker for Windows, Volume Shares are disabled

Expected behavior

Maintain the settings from the previous release

Actual behavior

Each time a new Docker for Windows update is applied, volume sharing is disabled

Information

It’s great to get frequent updates, however each update requires me to remember to go back and enable volume sharing, required for all our development

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Have an existing D4W install
  2. Enable Volume Sharing
  3. Update Docker for Windows
  4. Attempt to use D4W
  5. Get a failure as we depend on volume sharing
  6. Click D4W systray icon and see volume sharing disabled
