Did not find any issues with this error.

Downloaded the latest File version 4.14.0.0 Product version 4.14.0.91374

Docker Desktop installation failed.

I have just removed Docker Desktop v4.13 to have a clean install of v4.14 and it worked.

Is this the first time you install Docker Desktop on Windows? Do you have the requirements?

I had a version installed a year ago but un-installed it after moving container work to another machine.
Machine is Dell XPS Win11 Pro. Both WSL2 and Hyper are installed/enabled.
Will just have to install on another machine for now. Will try ccleaner and retry.
