Windows server joined Linux cluster for Swarm how to set a label?

I have successfully joined a windows server 2016 to a a linux based SWARM cluster

can I label the the windows host in with the equivalent to DOCKER_OPTS or docker.service file and route a containers to be placed on a specific server ?
