Our organization recently purchased a paid plan. However, we ran into an issue during setup, and we need to contact support. The only contact form we can find is the one available to all users, but there’s no indication it knows which organization or account I’m contacting about; it’s just a generic contact form that asks for an email address and message. I tried using it, but I haven’t even received a confirmation that my support request was received. Is there a separate contact form for premium support somewhere?
Same issue here. Paid for an account specifically to get the “premium support” but there doesn’t appear to be any information about how to get this outside the marketing pages.
Found it. Access is via the support button in the desktop app. It will link to this page. If this page appears to never load you may need to clear your cookies in order for this to work. https://hub.docker.com/support/desktop/
