I need to contact support accross the phone and not just email - what is their support phone number? This is a time sensitive issue. Email is too slow for communications methods.
I don’t think they have a phone number. At least not public. You can open a new case and also try to find someone on the Slack channel. I have sent the link of this topic to @evabojorges
This is right, we don’t have a phone number. The best way to get faster help from support is to include the namespace of your account and to be as clear and concise as possible in your message.
