Docker support not replying

We’re a paying customer. But the https://hub.docker.com/orgs//billing/plan page is broken. It’s blank, in all browsers, platforms and networks.

Consequently, we can not grow our organization team in Docker hub, and are currently sharing credentials with each other so we are able to operate. That is a huge security violation and affects collaboration.
We are considering to host our own registry, as this is not sustainable.

Support is not replying for months, multiple mails and tickets have been opened but nobody has responded so far.

Thank you @tekki, we have tried reaching out many, many times in different ways. Guess this was the last option, I noticed many other forum posts with the same complaints unfortunately.
