Builder error in Docker Desktop for Windows - Internal Server Error

I am encountering a builder error in Docker Desktop for Windows. The error message reads:

Builder error
request returned Internal Server Error for API route and version
http://%2F%2F.%2Fpipe%2Fdocker_engine/_ping, check if the server supports the requested API version

I have tried restarting Docker and my system, but the error persists. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Additional Information:

  • Docker Desktop version: v4.30.0
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro

Did you resolve the issue? Got the same thing, running 4.35, Windows 10 Enterprise.

Not much helpful info out there.
