When I try and remove docker I get an error, and I also get an error when using it

Are you sure docker is installed?
The first screenshot you’ve shared isnt really docker related, more OS ( you can try and run: “dpkg --configure -a” and see if that makes a difference)
I’ve recommend installing it via the offcial channels, but make sure docker is not installed via apt. or snap before you reinstall it:
