Couchbase Container UI Not Avliable

Hi Team,

In our QE environment, we had a Couchbase container already up and running. Today, users complained that they were unable to access the UI. Upon further investigation, we found that it was possible to log in using CLI mode. We did not observe any errors in the docker logs for the specified container. Additionally, we were able to ping the container IP address and the IT team confirmed that there are no network issues.

Could you please advise us on where to check why the Couchbase UI is not accessible?

Thanks,
Debasis

Sure. If you share your current setup and config we might be able to help.

These are small containers with 2 cpu and 4 GB RAM and it created for QE team only to perform functional testing.

Thanks,
Debasis

“Share config” means to show your docker-compose.yml file. Docker has about 1000 options, how should we know your setup?

What do you mean by not accessible? What does your browser return? What error code? If you don’t see anything, the developer console can give you more ideas.
