In our QE environment, we had a Couchbase container already up and running. Today, users complained that they were unable to access the UI. Upon further investigation, we found that it was possible to log in using CLI mode. We did not observe any errors in the docker logs for the specified container. Additionally, we were able to ping the container IP address and the IT team confirmed that there are no network issues.
Could you please advise us on where to check why the Couchbase UI is not accessible?
