Diagnose - driver.amd64-linux Docker.app/Contents/MacOS/com.docker.driver.amd64-linux -db is not running

Expected behavior

I kept getting update notices even after I updated to the latest release (beta 18). Turned off auto updates for now to stop the update popups from running all of the time

Ran diagnose and feedback and got the above error afterwards

Actual behavior

Too many update requests (repeated requests) to update Docker for MAC
