“account number”? What number do you mean? If you see a different email address can you recognize it? Is it another address that is actually yours? I can’t imagine that someone else’s email address would be there unless ther eis a bug, but leaking other’s email addresses would be a big one.
Can you log in with your email address from an “incognito window”? I remember one case when someone thought they logged in one way but turned out the browser remembered there username and they were just redirected.
