Docker and Ryzen cpu

Greetings!
Today some notebooks with Ryzen cpu has been announsed (here)

So i have a question.
If i need to work with Docker on this notebook (OS Windows 10 pro, linux-based containers) would i have some problems with compatibility ?
I’m asking because for instance some new mac CPU like M1 doesnt support docker now.

They has AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900HX Processor

Is some problems possible and better find something with Intel or its doesn’t matter and all will work in the same way?

Did you bought the Ryzen CPU, tried it with Docker?

greetings @diegosiao. unfortunately cant help you with this problem. I didn’t risk eventually and bought laaptop with intel. My point to buy ryzen was because when i search laptop , there wasn’t any with intel and geforce 3080. (so i just wait a little bit and bought intel)

but i must say i didnt find any extra info about problems with docker and ryzen.

It is weird how hard is to find a software engineer working with Ryzen processors.

None of my friends are.

As long as your cpu uses the x86_64 architecture - which the Ryzen is - it will work.
Works fine on a Ryzen 7 4700H.
