Docker caused a reboot loop

I installed docker to use another app I didn’t feel like compiling but then I already found a prebuilt Windows version so I uninstalled docker. Problem is, it had to install some kind of update during boot so it tried the next time I rebooted, failed, undid the changes and rebooted again. This has continued happening since then.

How do I stop this? It’s annoying having to reboot twice every time I start my PC up.

I’m using Windows 10.

What update did you have to install? If it is any Windows update, and the reboot is caused by a failed update, asking the question on a Microsoft forum would be probably better
