Docker CE vs EE Licensing and Docker CE in production

Hi,

We are considering using Docker in one of our latest projects but have some doubts in regards to license. I was not able to find answers to the questions below so far. Is anyone here that can answer them or point me to correct place?

  1. Is it permissible by Docker licensing to use Docker CE on a Windows Server production environment?

  2. Is it permissible by Docker licensing and free to use Docker EE on a Windows Server production environment without purchasing support?

  3. Is it permissible by Docker licensing to run Docker images on a Windows Server production environment (with either Docker CE or Docker EE) but only have to purchase support for the environment that creates (as opposed to runs) the images? i.e. please clarify if we need to buy Docker EE license/support for all machines running containers or just the machine we will use to create the images (With Docker Enterprise Desktop installed)?
