I have an upgraded account, which is reflected when I’m on docker hub. When I use Docker Desktop, it only shows a free account, with suggestions to upgrade to a pro account. I’ve tried restarting, updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, logging in and out, and nothing will make it recognize my upgraded account. Any suggestions?
Hmm. Desktop should be using the Hub APIs to detect user account levels. Can you please create a support ticket with them? You can find more information about troubleshooting here if you want to dig a bit more yourself.
Since you have a Pro account, I would suggest opening a support ticket specifically with for Desktop. See screenshots below.
