Docker desktop stopped after installing

Docker Desktop for Mac

After installing Docker Desktop in Mac (Monterey chip M1) it is just showing Docker engine stopped and the icon is animated all the time.
I’m not sure if it is trying to run. I think I have been trying everything from Github and Youtube, even reinstalling a fe times but nothing helps.
I have red the similar topics here but even the solutions there didn’t help.
