Docker Re-Installation failed

Hello,
My Re-Installation on docker 2.2.0.5 failed:

My system is Windows 10 Pro version 1909.

Everything run fine, but for my work I ran into memory issues, so I purchased and run the Restoro tool
(https://www.restoro.com/)
which diagnosed lots of issues and cleaned them. After that my system repeatedly crashed, and after the latest restart Docker produced errors on start with its VM (sry I don’t have that error), so I unistalled it. But that deinstallation froze, so I ended task, docker seemed to be removed from windows app entries, and I deinstalled restoro and backtracked all its changes.
Then Re-Installation with docker failed.
Long story, sorry.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
