Error...Cannot create a file when that file already exists

Hi,
i am getting the following error
docker: failed to register layer: re-exec error: exit status 1: output: Failed to openRelative failed in Win32: open \ \C:\ProgramData\Docker\windowsfilter\e1c2804e9ca4cc16e2865be8e6e25933a2780e4c17c2fdda64092dc7644e2f58\usr\lib\perl\5.18.2\sys: Cannot create a file when that file already exists. (0x1f) usr\lib\perl\5.18.2\sys.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
