I tried everything download and install, uninstall try from power which is not working for me everytime i believe I should quit now because no one help me right now in this world
Not sure why you post a Docker Desktop question in Docker Hub category.
You probably need to specify your setup and the errors you receive to get any help here.
PS: I never used Docker Desktop and I still have a happy developer life 
I’m not sure what you expect when you provide no information about what your problem is. Last time you shared a single screenshot. I replied and you didn’t reply to my question at the end of my post.
You have to start communicating to get help. Taking the time to find the right category also helps people to find questions they think they could answer.
I moved the topic to the general discussion category, because I don’t know what platform you are using now and Docker Hub was definitely not the right one.
Docker Desktop is not open source and even though it provides useful features for development, it is more complicated than Docker CE running natively on Linux. So we can try to help you, but everyone uses it on different platforms and we can help with problems mainly that we already met and solved. I for example use the Desktop on macOS and I’m the least experienced at Docker Desktop for Windows. If uninstall and reinstall doesn’t help, and users on the forum can’t help, you can also try one of the GitHub repo depending on your platform and report the issue or search for existing issues first.
