I recently installed Docker on my Synology and moved SABnzbd into a Docker container. Frustratingly the install was incorrect and as a result all downloads have gone into the /config folder of SABnzbd within the Docker container.
I am trying to avoid redownloading everything and am seeking help on how to firstly connect to the SABnzbd docker container (suspect via SSH) and then move the downloads into the shared folder on the Synology DSM.
