How Docker for windows can help

Hi,

I am new to Docker and trying to understand how docker for windows can be used in our development cycle. I have below questions, could you please help me.

  1. I assume that we need to work through powershell to speak to docker container, am I wrong?
  2. Docker can’t be used to test GUI, am I wrong?
  3. How can I install msi files on the docker container? is it through powershell?
