Hello, I created a new account, no verification email yet. I have seen many others with the same issue, so I have posted here as well. I can access my docker account, as I have linked it to my forum account here, but I believe I am encountering errors where I need a verified account to continue.

Have you managed to solve it? Unfortunately there is very little we can do here. If you contacted Docker support as the category description suggests, you will hopefully get help soon. You can also check the Hub Feedback github repo

I remember cases when the email address or username had an invalid character, but I in those cases userā€™s could not register if I remmeber correctly. Not sure.

Hello, thought I would give an update.

It turns out, the Docker Support - Contact will actually make a support request before redirecting you to the ā€œEmail Verificationā€ reminder window (which still didnā€™t work at that time). Since it made it, Docker support got back to me in minutes. I used an alternate email as the ā€œcall backā€ information incase the issue was some sort of blacklisting of docker emails.

If anyone else runs into this problem, you should also be able to make a request directly to support using the docker hub support ticket feature.
