As a paying customer, what's the most useful way to get help?


We have created a Docker Help-Request 4 days ago because we can not assign 7 seats to employees in Docker Hub. (The error message is, unfortunately, maximal stupid: “Something went wrong. Please try again.”)

Of course, we tried again. And again. And waited 1 day.
Unfortunately, Docker support didn’t respond at all for 4 days and the error in Docker Hub Portal didn’t go away either.

So the question:
Does anyone have any idea how to reach Docker support to really get help?
