Locked out of Account and Docker Support is not Getting Back to Me

I made an account for my company, but the password I have saved is not working for this account. As such, I’m locked out and can’t purchase more licenses. Customer support is also not emailing me back. Who can I talk to? I’ve been hearing that the support team is entirely absent. If so, I may need to convince my team to take our business elsewhere if we can’t get this account back.
