Manifest error on ubuntu image on windows server 2016

I am trying to run an ubuntu docker container on my windows server 2016 but getting below error.

My windows server is a virtual machine,not sure if this is related to hypervisory.

I had the same problem, if you switch to Linux containers it should resolve this issue.
