Not sure where’s the proper place to ask, but I never got a response from the Open Source Program (Docker Open Source Program | Docker), even tried to apply multiple times.

Some support from the Docker official will be really helpful, because of the new paid plans and changes, doing open source projects with Docker has became harder and harder. Please let me know how to get any response and continue discussion, thanks a lot!
