No response from Docker Support

Does anybody know what we can do if we don’t get a reply from Docker Support?
I’ve paid for the Team plan, but still can’t create a Team, the backend is failing, and I’ve opened a ticket last week.

Hi Ed,

I had the exact same problem with creatng teams, and also with Docker Support!

I eventually found on google that team names must be lowercase, between 3-30 characters and letters/numbers only!

Input validation on the create teams dialog is sadly lacking
