What do I have to do to get support? Paid team keeps showing as community

I’m basically testing the upgrade to docker paid tier but after paying and creating a team it keeps saying our team is a community team which we obviously do not want since we wish to comply with the licensing requirements.

Support does not answer and there seems to be no other way to reach them but via the contact on the website. My boss is getting antsy (probably because well there’s dozens of departments pestering him for updates) and this is not looking good for me (nor docker).

Anyone know what I can do to reach out to actual docker people? Or does anyone possibly know what we might have configured incorrectly? We just want to have multiple teams of license compliant docker installs.
