Is it a Windows container image as the title indicates (Windows inside the container)?
Regarding the issue. Can you push to Docker Hub for example? If the problem is with the GitHub registry, we can’t help here.
yes, I am on Windows, I will push it to the Docker Hub and will ask about this problem in GH as well

That was not my question as it is clear on your screenshot, but I’m going to move the topic out from the Windows container category as the Dockerfile indicates it is for Linux containers. I just wanted to let you convince me about the opposite.
