Regarding Employee Blog Posts Featuring Docker Desktop

Is it a license violation if an employee of a company with 250 or more employees or an annual revenue of $10 million USD (approximately 1.1 billion JPY) writes in an internal company blog about building a system using Docker Desktop for their company’s app?

I’m not a Docker staff member, but I can say that a blog post is definitely not a license violation. You can create public or private blogs. The license requirement is only about actually using Docker Desktop. When you write a blog post, it is basically just advertising Docker Desktop which is always welcome. Once someone decides to install Docker Desktop without having at least a Pro subscription (for a single person) or any other that matches the company’s need, that would be a violation.
