Hi, I initially was able to install docker toolbox on my personal Windows 7 laptop for a class. I got to the basic terminal, but not even hello-world was working, something about not being able to connect.
A TA recommended reinstalling docker toolbox through the control panel’s ‘programs and features’. Now when I launch the quickstart terminal I keep getting the same error no matter how many times I reinstall or try different things.
The error is: "Looks like something went wrong in step ’ Checking status on default’… Press any key to continue…’
EDIT: A restart didn’t solve the problem, but at least now I have a proper error code:
