There is not much we can say when something went wrong with something, but if you share what you did, how and where you got the error message, we can help you figure out what kind of issue you have and where you can get help.
I have no idea what the shared code is and if it is something that requires Docker, you will need to report the issue in one of the related github repositories. But right now, I cannot even tell what you had problem with and how it was related to Docker. I just assume you have a Docker issue as you posted here.

yeah neither can i. I was signing up for docker free. got a cryptic error during web signup. emailed support. they said no support for you free user. post on the forum.

So you finally got in, right? But if you still have problems, you can report it on the Hub feedback as well

but the web interface you showed and linked is close to it.
Of course, if you have problem with Docker-related products that doesn’t require someone from Docker to fix, you can continue posting those on this forum. Based on your description, it looks like some kind of temporary issue with the website or any bug related to handling email addresses.
