Expected behavior
After deploying the Docker EE Standard offering from the Azure Marketplace I should be able to login to UCP and DTR using the URLs in the following outputs:
- DTRLOGINURL
- UCPLOGINURL
Actual behavior
The URLs provided do not respond. The provided names resolve in DNS however there is no response on port 443 or 80.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Deploy Docker EE Standard from Azure Marketplace template into Australia Southeast Region.
- Wait for deployment to complete.
- Inspect OUTPUT values.
- Place URLs into browser.
- Observe no response.
