Unable to run on windows 10 pro - startup error claims BIOS/Hyper-V not installed/set. Not true

I have the same issue since i installed a recent bios update on my machine.
Hyper-V is enabled in bios unfortunatly but i get this message:

edit: I could fix this, here is how:

i checked if the hyper-v services were running, but they were not. I could not start them manualy ether. The fix was to reinstall the hyper-v services under “windows-features”.
