When this update finished, I started Docker Desktop, but find nothing when write docker images or docker ps -a . Therefore, before this update I used MySQL container and other containers for a long time. I find a DockerDesktop.vhdx (about 5GB large) in C:\ProgramData\DockerDesktop\vm-data . I guess this contains my previous data. But I can not open it, and I do not know how to restore it. How to retrieve my data？
Reinstall the old version. If you’re lucky your data reappears. Then make a backup of everything you need before you upgrade again.
