Docker desktop 2.2.0.3 installation failed. server service can't start

installation failed 2.2.0.3 docker desktop version.
i met this issue at version 2.2.0.0 too.
so i used older version. but i couldn’t enable volume share option and setting.
so i need to upgrade docker desktop for using volume share feature.

but, the thing is installation failed .

i attached screen shot. please for good answer :cry:

OS : windows 10 Pro
and hyper-V feature is ON
