On clicking the link to download the 64 bit version for windows , it navigates to a download page but download never starts as the page just becomes blank . On downloading the exe file with another device and attempting to install as administrator but i get the error " this app can not run on this PC". I have HPyer V on . and i am not having any issues downloading any file from any website
I tried to replicate your issue on an x86_64 machine, but I can’t. When I download the x86_64 version, the download is started right away without opening a new tab. Once the download is finished, a double click on the installer start the installation as expected.
The error “this app can not run on this PC” is common, if you downloaded the Arm version.
Can you right-click the download button to open the context menu, copy the link, and share it with us?
