Does Windows 2016 Fully Support Docker Swarm Mode running docker naively i.e. docker container services?

For example

Can I run a Windows 2016 master in swarm mode?
Can I run a Windows 2016 node and join this to a cluster configured in swarm mode running a Linux master?
Is docker swarm mode fully supported on Windows 2016, if not what are the issues to watch out for?
