Error "Need TLS certs for boot2docker"

I installed Docker Machine on my Windows computer. When I start the Docker machine it hangs on starting the VM. The VM displays the error “Need TLS certs for boot2docker, 127.0.0.1, 10.0.2.15, 192.168.99,103”

Anyone an idea on how to solve this issue?

Are you sure its hung? I’ve seen that step take several minutes on some of
my smaller boxes.
