Expected behavior
“Install Update” (or even just uninstalling Docker via Programs and Features) removes old version and installs new.
Actual behavior
During “Gathering Required Information” stage of installer, popup: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an olternate path to a folder containing the installtion package `tmpB72E.msi" in the box below."
Defaults to source C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Temp
Selecting 'Cancel` yields “The old version of Docker cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group”
