Streamlink-Service logs on Synology DSM 7.2

I am running the streamlink Service - https://hub.docker.com/r/vstavrinov/streamlink-service on a Synology DSM 7.2, which I installed using the Synology Container Manager. I am trying to view the output of a youtube live stream using the streamlink service (Eg. http://localhost:8000/?youtube.com/@SkyNews/live+best=) on a media client such as VLC. When I have only a single VLC client, the system runs OK and I am able to see the output in VLC. However, when I connect to a second VLC client simultaneously, after about 10 min, the streamlink-service stops transmitting the media stream to either VLC client and the service needs to be restarted for the media stream to start transmitting to either client again. I have looked at the Synology Log viewer and dont see any entries regarding the streamlink-service. Can the developer (or anybody else) tell me how to enable logging within the streamlink Service (or where it is maintained in Synology DSM 7.2), so that I can see if there is anything there.

Thanks
Srinath

I am not sure how the maintainer of the image is supposed to know that you wrote this post in the docker community… I would usually suggest raising an issue in the GitHub project of the image, but the maintainer disabled the issues in this GitHub project, so it’s not an option.

Anyway, your problem appears to be with the functionality of a containerized application itself. You will need to wait until someone, who actually uses the image and knows the answer, sees your post and responds to it. Chances are high this topic remains unanswered.

If it was disabled, it looks like it was enabled again and the question was asked there as well
