Where to contact Docker Hub support (paying customer)

Hi.
I’m having trouble with setting up a new team in existing organization. (A lots of 500 errors and now “Invalid signature” when getting repository with read-only permissions.)
Where can I contact docker hub support to help me solve this?
I’ve seen https://github.com/docker/hub-feedback/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue but it does not seem very active (and it’s public).

It seems like I can pull the read-only repository now but I cannot see it in https://cloud.docker.com/u/MYORGANIZATION/repository/list (I would expect it should be possible?)
