Grant Users Access to Org

We just upgraded to Docker Team. I’ve invited users to our Org. The Org says our licenses are in use however when the user logs in, under billing details:

  1. Your Personal Account shows “Docker Personal”
  2. Your Organizations shows: Blank

For me:

  1. Your Personal Account shows “Docker Personal”
  2. Your Organizations shows: “our org” (removed details intentionally)

I’ve confirmed they are listed as a member in the Org. I’ve reached out to support and no response.

I am not in any organization which is not created by me, and I am the only member, so I don’t know what others should see, but I found this note under the list of organizations:

Not finding the organization you’re looking for? Check if you’re the owner.

So I guess the fact that other members can’t see the organization on the billing page just means, that they are not owners of the organization.

Can they see the organization on the organization list page? https://hub.docker.com/orgs

Indeed, this is how things currently work for me on a Team seat as well. And Docker Desktop shows “TEAM TIER” just fine.

So, I think all works, but it is very confusing. Last month I opened Confusing "Docker Personal" on billing for Team subscription · Issue #2194 · docker/hub-feedback · GitHub for that.
